Bus Shelter

The Bus Shelter now visits the Boroughs of Spelthorne, Guildford, Elmbridge and Runnymede

Bus ShelterLook out for the team in your area if you live in one of these Boroughs. A roving bus called "the Bus Shelter" moves around various parts of the borough offering youthwork activities, one-to-one support, a café and internet facilities.

Our timetable will be updated regularly so visit this page to keep up to date on what's going on! Come along with a few friends to meet the team (see below). You can just chill out or you can get information on careers, CV's and maybe even get a place on our free In2View course! The team will make you really welcome and they've always got a hot or cold drink on offer as well as a friendly face :). Free Wifi on the bus too

Project in Elmbridge

Lifetrain's Bus Shelter team are proud to be working with K T One Two Football, Community Youth Work

and Youth Support Services offering a football coaching and youth work intervention for young people

in St Johns Estate, Walton-on-Thames.  If you know of any young people aged 10 to 14 who are keen to

learn more about the game of football and grow friendships as well as getting involved in some

opportunities such as trips to football stadiums let them know to come to Walton Oak School 4.30pm on

Tuesdays in term time. There is also the chance to warm up with a hot chocolate on board our youth bus,

plan events, lead activities, learn about their community and others and take part in Youth Achievement Awards.

Stoke Park Skate Park Lights up!

Dark winter nights don't stop our team supporting young people! We have excellent portable floodlights that we

take to the parks and skate parks in Surrey to enable young people to carry on with some of their favourite sports and activities.

Young people in Guildford Borough recently fundraised and planned a trip to ComiCon in London. They had a fabulous day out

thanks to the support of the local community in Tongham!
